South Korean actor Choi Seung-ho is writing a book about Mongolia based on his travel experiences across the country. Choi Seung-ho is currently living in Ulaanbaatar. Previously, he has been in Mongolia a dozen times for travelling.
The Korean actor said that the book will be published in March on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of relations between South Korea and Mongolia. In September, a photo exhibition showcasing photos taken by Mr Choi and his colleagues was held in Mongolia. Choi Seung-ho said that people living in rural in Ulaanbaatar are very different from those in the capital – it is similar to South Korea in 1980s.
Choi Seung-ho has played roles in over 10 South Korean films; he is probably best known for his role in the ‘Burning’, 2018.
