In the VAT Lottery Draw held on 17 November, one person has won the jackpot of 90 million. The winning number is 34462914.

Furthermore, four people won MNT 10 million, 17 people won MNT five million and 244 people won MNT one million.

Adopted by parliament in July 2015, the law on the VAT incentive came into effect from 2016. Under this law, consumers began paying the equivalent to 2% on products they purchased. As an incentive, the public have been given the possibility of participating in the VAT lottery.
