A total of 14 school children in Ulaanbaatar have been hospitalised at the National Centre for Communicable Disease after eating lunch at school; a further five have been receiving treatment for food poisoning at home.
According to one source, a total of 103 students, nine teachers and other staff of the ‘Uudam Mongol’ school ate chicken soup and beef cutlets served by the ‘Faund Town’ restaurant. The restaurant is located in the Chingiltei District.
