A drunken man, wielding a knife sparked panic in the streets of the of Ulaanbaatar on 11 September.  According to police, the suspect, named N, started the conflict with a random man in a street in the  Songinokhairkhan District, and then, suddenly, cut his throat with a broken vodka bottle. He then brought a knife from his home and stabbed three other people aged between 36 and 53.

This serious case is being investigated by the Songinokhairkhan District Police Department.
