The Mongolian National Team won the 3×3 Most Improved Nation award, taking the first place with the highest number of ranking points gained during the period of 2017 to 2019. The award was presented at the XXI FIBA World Congress which took place in Beijing on 30 August. Guests and representatives from 154 countries participated in the congress.

Mongolia was also named as one of 3×3 World Ranking Nation 2019, the award which granted to the top 3 National Federations of the FIBA 3×3 as of July 1, 2019; the county was in the 3rd place followed by Russia and China.
