An English language programme has been announced under the auspices of Mongolian President Kh.Battulga. The opening ceremony of the programme was held at the State House on 30 July.

A total of 4000 people aged between 16 and 30 registered on the programme; 1000 of them, who got good scores in tests were invited to the opening ceremony.
