Mongolia wants to host the 5th World Nomad Games

Mongolia wants to host the 5th World Nomad Games and seeks Kyrgyzstan’s support in that, said President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga during the meeting with Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on June 12 in Bishkek.

First held in 2014, and now held every two years, the World Nomad Games gathers athletes, artists, craftspeople, and visitors from around the world. The sports and competitions feature different games that have existed for centuries, including races, horse games, hunting demonstrations, and wrestling. Mongolia is famous for its nomadic culture and the annual Naadam Festival; this makes the country a force to be reckoned with at the World Nomad Games.
