Earlier today (11 June), another demonstration took place outside the Mongolian Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs. They protestors demanded that Justice Minister Ts.Nyamdorj should resign.

The demonstration took a bizarre turn, when the protesters tried to deliver a television as a present  to Mr. Nyamdorj; previously the minister had claimed that he did not have a TV in his apartment. However, he was not to receive his ‘present’ since the police stopped the protesters as they tried to enter the ministry with the television. The demonstrators said: ‘We want to give him this TV, so he can finally see how difficult life is for of the people’.
