Kh.Battulga, President of Mongolia has issued a decree conferring the high state decoration—the Order of the Polar Star upon Russian national Viktor S.Lobanov, in recognition of his contribution to strengthening of bilateral cooperation and friendly relations and the development of the oil industry in Mongolia.

Following the recital of the presidential decree, Chief of Presidential Staff Z.Enkhbold presented the Order of the Polar Star to the oil specialist.

Mr. Lobanov has been  working in the oil industry for 37 years, gathering plenty of experience with training of young professionals. He has been living in Mongolia since 1997 when he was appointed the representative of Aeroflot in the country.
