There are no climate change deniers in Mongolia these days! It may be summer, but snow was falling in Khuvsgul, the northernmost province of Mongolia at the weekend. Livestock in the Khatgal Soum of the province was unable to graze due heavy snow covered in the region. But, herders say that late snow is actually good for dry land and providing moisture.

This year, summer is late in arriving in Mongolia. It is currently 14 degrees Celsius in the capital Ulaanbaatar.
