The 5th Paragliding Festival dubbed ‘Sky Friends & Ulaanbaatar’ will take place at Tsonjin Boldog, east of the Mongolian capital on 8 June. In the festival, which is also entitled: ‘advertising safe paragliding culture’, professionals and amateurs will take part. Although this event is first and foremost a ‘paragliding festival’, it will provide an opportunity for people to show off their other airborne skills; in fact, there will be a special ‘Spot Landing’ event as well as many other activities. So not only you get to experience a new flying site, but also get to show off your landing skills…and win prizes too!

The event entitled ‘Sky Friends’ has been organized by the Mongolian Hang-gliding and Paragliding Association in cooperation with the Mongolian Parachute Association, the Mongolian Air Sports Federation, Young Eagle General Aviation and Flight Center since 2014.
