The annual ceremony for honouring the best ladies from all sectors was held at Ulaanbaatar City Hall on 6 March. As part of the celebration of International Women’s Day, which will take place on Friday, UB city officials have publically recognized nine ladies who are shining examples to their collectives with their hard work and achievements.

The ceremony, entitled ‘Metropolitan Ladies’ was attended by R.Dagva, chairman of the UB Citizens’ Representatives Khural (City Council) and the city’s new mayor, S.Amarsaikhan, as well as other officials. A total of 1200 women from all sectors gathered together for the event.
