Two Mongolian athletes have qualified for the Tokyo-2020 Olympics. G.Bolor-Erdene won a gold medal in the men’s K44-61kg and Kh.Enkhtuya grabbed silver in the 2019 World Para Taekwondo Championships. The competition was held in the Turkish city of Antalya on February 5-6.
This is G.Bolor-Erdene 4th gold medal from the world championships; he is also a three-time winner of the Asian Para Taekwondo Championships.
More than 400 athletes from 69 countries participated in the championships.
