Former Justice Minister D.Dorligjav and his younger brother D.Baatar were released on bail today (February 1^st).

Both had been arrested by Anti-Corruption agents on January 7^th and had their houses searched for evidence by the police.

When he was working as the General Prosecutor, D.Dorligjav allegedly extorted $4 million from T.Ganbold, who was the Director of the Altan Dornod Mongol Mining Company.  The money was then transferred though D.Baatar’s bank account.
