On the 126^th Anniversary of the birth of the renowned general D.Sukhbaatar, an exhibition opened today (February 1^st) at Independence Palace in Ulaanbaatar.  As well as many historical photographs, there are over 100 exhibits of items that belonged to D.Sukhbaatar and his wife N.Yanjmaa.

D.Sukhbaatar was a founding member of the Mongolian People’s Party and leader of the Mongolian partisan army during the Mongolian Revolution in 1921 that liberated Khuree, which is now known as Ulaanbaatar.

D.Sukhbaatar was born on February 2^nd, 1893.
