The 50^th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Turkey will be held on June 24^th, 2019.  Mongolia and Turkey’s rich history of good relations and cultural heritage in fact extend for thousands of years rather than just the 50 years that will be celebrated.

As one of the ways to mark this special half-century anniversary, commemorative postage stamps will be issued by both countries.  Different themes for these stamps were discussed at a meeting of the Mongolian-Turkish parliamentary group on Tuesday.
