A dorm at the Mongolian State University of Education runs MNT 220,000, one at the Institute of Finance and Economics goes for MNT 350,000, a dorm at the Health Sciences University of Mongolia costs MNT 310,000, and one at the University of the Humanities costs MNT 300,000.
However, despite paying higher prices, some students will find they can’t move into their dorms just yet, since many units are still undergoing repairs. Still, students say renting a dorm is cheaper than paying MNT 150,000-350,000 per month to rent an apartment.
