In one of the most promising judo countries of the world, Mongolia, the championships are being held this week. The event is taking place in  Selenge province, in the north of the country. Some strong judokas namely, Olympic silver medalist D.Sumiya, World Champion M.Urantsetseg and bronze medalist of World Judo Championshis L.Otgonbaatar are deliberately skipping  the championships in order to give chances to younger athletes.

For example, 17 year-old L.Sosorbaram won gold medal in the U52kg weight class and became the youngest champion.
