The World Green Organisation, which has its headquarters in London has announced that Mongolia’s ‘Green Passport’ campaign being implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism has been selected as best ‘National Environmental Governance-2018’. In addition the UK organisation has named Mongolia’s Environment and Tourism Minister N.Tserenbat as Green World Ambassador.

Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar presented the awards which have been sent from the United Kingdom to Mongolia.

Aimed at having a junior green activist in every household, the Green Passport campaign has involved 778 general education schools since its nationwide start. Highlighting that the campaign targets the younger generation so that they have a environment friendly lifestyle, Minister D.Tsogtbaatar congratulated the Environment and Tourism Minister.
