Mongolia’s parliamentary opposition party is to construct its own building in 2019. Earlier today, Democratic Party leaders held the ground breaking ceremony on Ulaanbaatar’s Yarmag Hill. The ten-story office building will consist of three blocks, will have a sport center as well as a conference hall. The office building is expected to open on 6 December, 2019.

The Democratic Party was established in 1990; however it does not have a building. To date, the party’s public office has been operating in the New Development Union.
