Although, it is already November, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) has revealed the shortlist for October’s Allianz Athlete of the Month; on the list are World and Asian Para Games champions. Mongolian powerlifting athlete E.Sodnompiljee has been nominated along with athletes from the USA, Japan, South Korea and Uzbekistan.

E.Sodnompiljee lifted 244kg to break the world record in the men’s under 107kg at the Asian Para Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.
