Earlier today (1 October), an adorable bear cub wandered into a residential area of the Songinokhairkhan district of the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. The cub, apparently, having  lost its mother, was begging for food and showing no fear of humans. Wildlife protection specialists rushed to the scene after receiving calls from residents about the bear cub wandering around the neighbourhood. The young animal was taken to a veterinary centre. The wild creature was found to be healthy and was returned to the forest immediately.
