Earlier today, the Mongolian Cabinet approved a programme entitled ‘Mongolia Export’, which aims ar supporting production in the non-mining sectors. This economic diversification initiative aims at establishing a stabilised tax and financial environment.

The programme will be implemented in two stages between 2018 and 2022. As a result of the programme, the volume of exports from the agricultural sector will be increased; higher revenue from the food and light industrial sector is also anticipated.
