Wild animals including a lion, kangaroo, zebra, chimpanzee and tigers are loose in Ulaanbaatar. However, you don’t need to afraid – these are not hungry predators but stone monuments. Located in the ‘New Khan-Uul’ Park, you can find representations of over 200 animals from five continents.
The new park has a fountain, cycle path, a waterfall and roller skating road as well as 2.2 hectares of green area. The re-development of the park has cost MNT 49.0 million. The New Khan-Uul Park is located by the bus stop in the 120 Myangat district of UB.
