The  ‘Tsaatan Festival’ will take place at the Dalai tour camp on the south-west side of Lake Khuvsgul on 7-8 July.

The aim of the festival is to present the reindeer herd, which is called sixth type of livestock of Khuvsgul province, and promote the unique lifestyle of the Tsaatan ethnic minority (reindeer herders) to foreigners and locals.

The festival will be held for the 14th year along with interesting events such as reindeer race, shaman  rituals, fireworks and visit to the Tsaatan people. There will also be various competitions for the tourists and travellers.
