Earlier today (25 May), Ulaanbaatar City Mayor S.Batbold, had a meeting with Alex Heikens, Representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund’s Mongolia country office. At the meeting, Mr. Heikens presented the results of the 2012-2016 programme implemented by UNICEF in cooperation with the Mongolian Government and the objectives of 2017-2021 programme.

As a part of UNICEF programme, he expressed the intention to cooperate with Ulaanbaatar City Administration in fighting air-pollution, providing child protection as well as improving water and sanitation.
