The Taiwan Fund will award 164 Mongolian students scholarships of MNT 400,000 each for the 2011-12 academic year at a ceremony at Jing Di restaurant in Ulaanbaatar today. The scholarships are awarded annually by the Taiwan Fund. Students who receive the scholarships must agree maintain high academic standards, participate in events organized by the Fund, and complete 25 hours of volunteer work.
