Mongolians have won four medals at the 26th Summer Universiade (or World University Games) in Shenzhen, China. The games end today. Earlier, Mongolians won silver medals in judo, shooting, and chess. And today, Ch. Narantuya picked up a silver medal in the women’s 50 meter rifle three positions. The Czech Republic’s А. Sekerova won the gold.
Mongolia still has a chance to win another medal, with B. Tuyasaikhan taking part in the taekwondo event today. The games’ closing ceremony will be held tonight. Over 10,600 competitors from 151 countries took part in Universiade, setting a new record for the number of participants in the games.
