Mongolian power lifter E.Sodnompiljee has become the World Champion in the IPF World Open, Sub-Junior, and Junior & Master Classic Bench Press Championships. The competition was held in Finland on 13-19 May.

E.Sodnompiljee beat the world record twice, by lifting 242.5kg in the105kg weight category.

State Honored Athlete E.Sodnompiljee won bronze medal at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
