Earlier today, Tuesday 15 May, the Chingeltei Criminal Court decided to extend the term of imprisonment of former Finance Minister S.Bayartsogt for a third time. He will stay in prison for another 30 days.

S.Bayartsogt has been accused of an abuse of power and corrupt activity while the 2009 Oyu Tolgoi Investment Agreement and other documents were being prepared.
