On Monday, State-owned Mongol Post issued a postage stamp with the portrait of mountaineer B.Gangaamaa, the first Mongolian women to conquer the Seven Summits of the world. The postage stamp was designed by J.Gankhuyag and drawn by Ch.Bat-Erdene. Mongol Post released a total of 15,000 of the “Seven Summiteer” postage stamps. The postage stamp costs MNT 1500.  

In 2001, Mongol Post released a series of postage stamps called ‘Mongolian mountaineers of the Himalayas’ marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Mongolian Mountaineering Federation.
