Mongolia has started a project to expand its ‘Biocombinat’ state-owned enterprise in cooperation with Hungary. The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia discussed the project with Hungarian Ambassador Mihaly Galosfai on 12 March. The project contractor will be selected from a set of companies to be nominated by Budapest.

At present, a  project evaluation committee has been established, and it is ready to approve the finalized tender documents and announce the tender.

The Minister also expressed the possibility of support to the establishment a loan agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Hungarian Export-Import Bank.
