Mongolian boxer E.Tsendbaatar won a silver medal at the 69th ‘Strandja’ International Boxing Tournament. The open competition was held on 19-26 February in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. Boxers, aged between 19 and 40 competed in the tournament.

E.Tsendbaatar qualified for a medal after defeating his Kazakh opponent. Then, in the match for the silver medal, E.Tsendbaatar managed to defeat a boxer from the host nation.

E.Tsendbaatar is 5th place winner of the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games.  Another Mongolian boxer, World Military Boxing Champion B.Chinzorig has challenged his strength and skills in Bulgaria.
