On 14th of February, the cross-party committee for protecting the rights of disabled people held a regular meeting at the State Palace. Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh, who is also head of the committee, spoke at the opening of the meeting.

There are currently 180 thousand disabled people in Mongolia; 73 thousand of those are employable. However, the country needs social workers who know sign language in all sectors in order to help with training and to increase the skills of sing language teachers.
