The final round and award ceremony of the 31st Morin Khuur Festival was held on Monday at the Central Cultural Palace. The festival awards the best songs in the categories of professional repertoire, popular songs and other (pop, rock, hip hop) as well as a song of the year.

A song entitled “Baatar khairkhan”, composed by B.Khurelbaatar with words by poet N.Amgalanbaatar, won the Grand Prix of the Morin Khuur Festival.
