The parliamentary group of the opposition Mongolian Democratic Party demonstrated against the government and the cabinet during the Thursday session of parliament with slogans. Parallel to this, the opposition party organised a demonstration against the decisions of the current government in front of the Government Palace on Sukhbaatar square. Protesters holding banners marched up Peace Avenue from the western crossroads to Ulaanbaatar’s central square. The demonstrators lambasted the actions of the government taken during the hundred days since the new cabinet was formed.
Democratic Party leader S.Erdene, said: ‘We have examined 30 important decisions approved by the cabinet in the hundred days since it was formed. A total of 80 percent of these decisions originated from the previous cabinet of former Prime Minister J.Erdenebat’.
