A high-ranking delegation from the Mongolian parliament led by Speaker M.Enkhbold and his wife arrived in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, on 20 January for a three-day official visit.

The visit is being made at the invitation of Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan who is  chairwoman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Mongolian delegation includes 20 parliamentarians and the heads of several government agencies.

Vietnam and Mongolia have been developing long-standing friendship and multi-faceted cooperation in various fields since they established diplomatic ties in November 1954.
