The adventurous camel journey of a Mongolian woman B.Baigalmaa is continuing successfully. With the aim of promoting Mongolia’s history and culture Baigalmaa started her journey from Sukhbaatar Square in the centre of the capital Ulaanbaatar in October. However, she intends to go far beyond the borders of Mongolia: in total Baigalmaa is planning to travel around 12,000 km on Bactrian camels over three years covering 16 countries.
B. Baigalmaa is an experienced mountaineer who has climbed Mongolia’s highest peaks, Mt.Elbrus, the highest moutain of Europe and Mt.Kilimanjaro, the highest peak of Africa. She has also travelled to 28 countries of the world.
