On Monday 15 January, Mongolian Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh is to meet South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Monday to discuss ways of improving bilateral ties.
PM Khurelsukh arrived Seoul earlier in the day on a three-day visit. He is set to attend a joint business forum and meet other Korean leaders before heading home on Wednesday.
Monday’s meeting comes four months after Mongolian President Kh.Battulga and his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in agreed to strengthen contacts and cooperation between their countries at a bilateral summit held on the sidelines of a regional economic forum in the Russian city of Vladivostok in September.
South Korea and Mongolia established diplomatic ties in 1990.
