The National Statistics Office data about price rise in July did not come as a surprise to analysts who remembered the Central Bank warning in January that distribution of the Human Development Fund allowance in cash would help inflation rise.

Up to the end of July, MNT36.5 billion was paid to 173,900 people as pension and mother allowance. HDF allowances to citizens totaled MNT413.7 billion.
