The annual ‘Burte Chono’ Awards will be held on 20 December. The Mongolian National Olympic Committee will name the top athletes of 2017, after receiving votes from sports journalists.

The Burte Chono awards ceremony is held annually at the end of December. The top athletes, teams and coaches of the year are selected through a closed poll among sports journalists and experts at the Mongolian Sports Press Union.
