A Chinese delegation led by Bai Chunli, President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are currently visiting Ulaanbaatar. At the beginning of their visit, D.Regdel, President of Mongolian Academy of Sciences had an official meeting with the Chinese delegation and discussed cooperation between the two countries in science and technology.

Following the meeting, he said that, the science ministries of the two countries have agreed to sign two documents, namely: the ‘Young Scientists Exchange Programme’ and ‘Establishing a Science Park and Innovation Infrastructure in Mongolia.

Mongolia signed a cooperation agreement on science in 1991 as well as two memoranda in 1991 and 1999.
