Entitled ‘Innovative Solutions in our Life’, an engineering competition has been held in Ulaanbaatar. The event, which took place for the third time, is organised by General Authority for Intellectual Property and State Registration in cooperation with World Intellectual Property Organisation and the South Korean Agency of Intellectual Property. The competition aims at finding the best innovative products which can help us solve our daily problems.  

The organisers selected the best three innovative products from the top ten and presented medals of World Intellectual Property and cash prizes. A total of 39 productions applied for the competition.

Z.Zoljargal won gold medal for his innovative product ‘full air-cleaner for ventilation openings ’, followed by a research team from the Chemical Institution took silver for a ‘method of compound protein digestion’. D.Ilchgerel was honoured with a medal for a ‘high speed heat-exchanger for wide area application’.
