The Asian Freestyle Wrestling Championship will take place in the Indian capital of Delhi from 10^th to 14^th of May. Mongolian freestyle wrestlers will participate in the competition.

Regrettably, the Mongolian Freestyle Wrestling Federation missed the deadline for presenting athletes’ documents to United World Wrestling (UWW) for the Asian championship. However, the UWW executive committee decided to give the Mongolian wrestlers a chance by agreeing to accept the late documents. Had it not been for the decision of the UWW, the Mongolian wrestles would have not only missed the competition but the World Championship too.
