Up
to the end of July, the Anti Corruption Authority (ACA) has checked the income
statement of 600 state officials from 20 organizations and found that 55
officials violated the law against corruption, 60 gave incorrect information.
The number of those who have not submitted their statement is 20.
The
ACA transferred the cases to related organizations for further action. Its
information is that 31 officials have been asked to explain their statement,
while six have each lost three months’ salary. Two more have lost six months’
salary and two have been demoted.
