Mongolia and China have jointly opened a new tannery in Bayankhongor, one of the largest provinces of Mongolia. Earlier today, (4^th of April) the opening ceremony of the joint venture was held in Tuushin Hotel in Ulaabaatar. MP G.Zandanshatar , G.Batjargal, mayor of Bayankhongor and H.E. Xing Haiming, the Chinese Ambassador from   participated the event.

The tannery opened under a CNY 200 thousand assistance programme to Mongolia.  The new enterprise will be capable of producing 200 leather items a day.
