The Bayangol District Court ruled on August 1 that the case
against two doctors of the Maternity Scientific Research Center should be
investigated again. The two are accused of professional negligence after they
performed surgery on a three-month-old child in 2008. The child died and the
family complained the doctors were to blame.

 The judges found disagreements in the finding of three
forensic reports on the case. The testimony of witnesses also does not tally.
This is the third time the trial has been put off.
