The Swedish-Mongolian Foundation
and the Viking Foundation jointly organized a festival of Mongolian life and
culture in Scania, the southernmost province of Sweden on July 23 and 24. Counsellor
at the Mongolian Embassy R.Munkhuu opened the festival. He and senior local
officials joined the Head of the Viking Foundation in addressing the gathering.

Some 1,000 people watched
performance of song, dance and contortion. Cashmere products were on show.
