The agenda for the Autumn session
has been finalized and the first item to be discussed is the draft budget of
2012. The budget draft usually goes through four discussions, all of them in
the Autumn session, and the deadline for its approval is December 1.

The session will discuss some other
financial issues also, such as the Human Development Fund, students’ stipend
and allowances for mothers with three or more children. Inflation and foreign currency
reserve will also be on MPs’ mind.
