P. Khashchuluun, head of the National Development and Innovation Agency, has said in a report on the progress of implementation of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) that 66% work has been done on six of the nine MDGs and 18 of the 24 targets. The level of poverty stands as 35.2 percent and “has not much decreased” from the level of 1990. Indeed, it is now more than what it was in 2008.
